Every time I'm home from work and in the mood to see the "Hot Topics" on The View (with my girl Rosie, I always turn the TV on a little early, just in time for Martha to do a cooking segment, and she's always going on and on about how "easy" this or that recipe is.
Enough with the baking already. If I can't have it, nobody should! I've got fifty more pounds to lose by Tuesday to fit into my Mardi Gras costume, and your cookies ain't helping.

Ha! I'd never make those for my boyfriend.
You are a catch, then. I don't tend to bake (because it's always a pain in the ass), so I'm always impressed by someone who does.
They're beautiful and I hope he appreciated it. I'm sure he did.

I agree with Eric. Everything that she does always seems to cost a ton more than you'd expect, too.
I love to bake...and those look very lovely. How did they taste?
You know it's love when you endure a difficult recipe to impress a Valentine.
