My Sentiments Exactly
This is from my favorite hilarious new e-card website, someecards.com. You probably know by now, No Country For Old Men "killed" at the Oscars last night. (Pun intended.) But as I've mentioned before, I didn't get it.Labels: Pop Culture

I'm glad to know! I didn't get There Will Be Blood or Michael Clayton, so I'm done trying to understand Oscar movies this year. Back to March of the Penguins :)
I loved No Country, but I don't profess that I understood the ending of this up beat flic.
I hope you don't mind if I steal this card and send it to a few friends who also don't "get" this movie.
I got you beat, I didn't watch it.
I actually liked the ending.
To me, it was ambiguous and true to real life...no nice little package for the plot to be wrapped up in. It was more about "feel".
I guess with many of the Coen's films, either you get it or you don't...what do expect from people who live on the Upper West Side...
oh i'm seeing it Friday. I guess i'll understand that card after Friday! :-)
Though I loved the movie, I completely agree that the ending left me confused. We discussed the ending on the way home and there were at least three or four points of view.
I wonder who got the money?
That card is great!
I haven't seen this film, but I did stumble upon this website a while ago and I just love it. It features a wicked sense of humor like the one cultivated in my house growing up.
